FAXCOMAnywhere Platform Operations team will be performing emergence maintenance on session boarder controllers in response to higher than acceptable level of call disconnects. The team has been in communication with both their telecom carriers and SBC vendors and the issue has been identified and a solution created.
During the maintenance in process calls will be interrupted. New outbound calls will wait in queue until the SBC maintenance is completed. Inbound calls will also be disconnected, and new calls may receive busy signals during the maintenance.
