Biscom continually updates the CloudFax service to increase resiliency and redundancy. This allows Biscom to maintain the high level of availability required by its customers. Beginning at 6am Eastern on July 22, 2023 Biscom will be conducting an update to its backend database servers. The maintenance window is scheduled for 6 hours. During the maintenance window certain aspects of the Biscom CloudFax service will be unavailable. The following CloudFax service components are listed below.

• Customer Account Management portal (www.faxcomanywhere.com/oe and
www.faxcomanywhere.com/ee).
• CloudFax Web Clients (webfax.faxcomanywhere.com and webfax.biscomfax.com)
• CloudFax Web Services (webfax.faxcomanywhere.com and ws.biscomfax.com)
• CloudFax Agent

Cloudfax cloud-only customers will be unable to send or receive faxes to the web client or web service - faxes received during this maintenance window and will be delivered after its completion. SMTP (email to fax) will operate normally during the maintenance window.

CloudFax hybrid customers will be able to send and receive faxes during the maintenance window.
